The fear of the Lord is one of the main sevenfold gifts of the Divine Spirit...

31 The days are surely coming, says the Lord, when I will make a new covenant with the house of Israel and the house of Judah. 32 It will not be like the covenant that I made with their ancestors when I took them by the hand to bring them out of the land of Egypt—a covenant that they broke, though I was their husband,[g] says the Lord. 33 But this is the covenant that I will make with the house of Israel after those days, says the Lord: I will put my law within them, and I will write it on their hearts; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people. 34 No longer shall they teach one another, or say to each other, “Know the Lord,” for they shall all know me, from the least of them to the greatest, says the Lord; for I will forgive their iniquity, and remember their sin no more (Jeremiah 31: 31-34)

Isaiah 11 New Revised Standard Version Catholic Edition (NRSVCE)

11 A shoot shall come out from the stump of Jesse,
    and a branch shall grow out of his roots.
2 The spirit of the Lord shall rest on him,
    the spirit of wisdom and understanding,
    the spirit of counsel and might,
    the spirit of knowledge and the (spirit of the) fear of the Lord.
3 His delight shall be in the fear of the Lord.

(Note: "a shoot" means the flesh of the awaited Messiah shall descend from the lineage of Jesse (David's father). Thus, we knew that the awaited Messiah would be a son of man. A son of man means a scapegoat or an Azazel. Ezekiel was once called by Yahweh as a son of man, as a foreshadowing figure of Christ. It also points to the humanity of the ''duality' of Christ. Whereas, Christ as the Son of the Most High was obviously revealed by Isaiah's details narrative prophecy which pointed to the sevenfold nature of his Spirit. It fulfilled the spiritual 'meaning' of the seven branches of Menorah inside the tent of meeting (tabernacle).  Christ's spirit is the 'spirit' of the Menorah. Why does a literal rainbow manifest in ''sevenfold colours"? It is simply due to 'prism' effect. Why did the 'one' Spirit of God manifest in a sevenfold-spirit as prophesied in Isaiah 11? Then , it is simply due to the perfect Divine will in endowing '''salvation' unto mankind. It's the Salvation of mankind which explained why the 'One' spirit of God was seen, as if they are seven spirits. Throughout the patriarchal periods and the old covenant's days, those seven main gifts of the Divine spirits were occasionally mentioned by the prophets in revealing the 'secret' in dealing with the 'root' problem of humankind: sins.) It merely explains the abounding resourcefulness of the Divine Spirit.)

Isaiah 33:6 (NRSVCE)
6 he will be the stability of your times,
    abundance of salvation, wisdom, and knowledge;
    the fear of the Lord is Zion’s treasure (the 'key' ).

Job 28:28  (NRSVCE)
28 And he said to humankind,
‘Truly, fear of the Lord, that is wisdom;
    and to depart from evil is understanding.’”
